The Trip
You're not too much. You never were. You just kept telling the truth in a room full of people who needed you to stop.
The Trip is the group you always deserved — the one that finally holds you instead of asking you to hold everything else.
A protected container built on compassion, empathy, safety, and real connection, made for people who were singled out, silenced, wrongly cast as the problem, or punished for naming what was happening in families, workplaces, groups, or systems that needed someone to carry the blame.
Inside, you'll find a series of rooms, each one made for a piece of your story that never quite had a home before. The hyper-vigilance that shows up before you even walk in a door. What it really costs to be exiled from your own family. The symptoms that never seem to fit neatly under one name, no matter how many times you've searched for it. No algorithm here, no performance, no noise engineered to pull you away from each other. Just people, gently paying attention.
And if you're an isolator — if some part of you is already looking for a reason to close this tab — we built this with you in mind. We know disappearing is easier than showing up, and it's kept you safe for a long time. So we tried to make showing up the easy, gentle part.
This is a space for breaking the silence without being punished for it, telling the truth without being isolated for it, and being witnessed without judgment
Thomas Edison said: “If we all did the things we are capable of doing, we would literally astound ourselves.”
So let's get curious. Let's astound ourselves together — about what we're capable of, and about who we get to be once we're not playing the part someone else handed us.
Why the name “The Trip”? Some things are more fun when discovered than explained.
You didn't get to choose your first group. This one, you do. Come find your people, and give the truth a home.
